Hello Readers!

Above are the stamps I made recently. The first two are commisioned by Raja Ila, and the second one is for her dear husband's 32th birthday.

Alif Lim's is a gift I made for our special friend. He is a mualaf, just like me. Alif Lim, nice name right? Like alif lam mim.

And the last one is for Sarah and Adli's wedding. Hm, I think I have made three stamps using the same design for three different couples. It is not my original design actually, it has been suggested by my previous customers, Nadia & Hafizan.

I want to say THANK YOU, coz I know many of you keep visiting here. I only have around 50-60 visits per day, but that's good enough for me. I really appreciate it. Sometimes I do give return visit, only perhaps, minus the comment. But trust me, I really adore your artistic hands and delicate arts/crafts (while some of you have unique way of writing too). If you know me, I like handicrafts/survernir shops. I can spend hours in there (and boring my best buddy), observing and touching this and that. Adoring the cuteness, creativity, talent and workmanships.

I got the same feelings when visiting your blog. And I know it borings my husband, coz I can get freezed in front of the monitor for hours! :D

:)

Psst... I'm planning a giveaway. It is called Suka-suka Giveaway! It's not stamp, that's why I call it sukasuka. Haha. Dedicated to my regular readers. Watch out for my next update alright!

Oo, I think not only are your carving skills getting better, but the designs too! I especially love yg swirly-wirly border for Alif Lim tu, it's just neat and balanced with just enough detail. :D

Sgt2 admire your patience... Keep at it, never give up!

Hi aneesah,

thank you. i like it too. i think it'll be nice to chop on books.

but when my husband passed it to Alif, according to him, Alif said, "tak nak yg renda2 ni boleh ke, a simple one with name saja sudah cukup". hehehe. sometimes i do wonder what kind of design should i make for man. need to make more research lorr...

euphoria,

thanks so much. i never used v-gauge. only u-gauge and the pointy knife. i'm a kind of person when comfortable with one thing, will stick with it and forget the rest. i should explore v-gauge someday. hey, your stamps not bad also. i bet you can do much better in no time! keep it up!

azlina,

tQ lin! yes i love the crown too! especially when this is the first time i try doing some shadings. maybe tak nampak sangat, tp nampak gak la mcm crown tu berkilat at certain part kan.

I like designing for ladies...just put some heart-shapes, flowers, swirls...dah cantik. kalau nak design untuk lelaki, buat simple2 dia kata simple sangat. hias banyak2 dia kata semak...haish..

giveaway every month? wow...

Salam manggo,

aha, itu menerangkan kenapa manggo boleh buat kerja dengan "meticulous"nya.

Rizal pun kadang2 macam tu, masuk kedai buku, kedai kraf dan kedai alat-tulis. Aha : )

Bila tengah berada dalam situasi yang manggo cakap, umpama seperti "Alice in Wonderland" : )
